This Certification was mentored by Adv. Swapnil Baudh. Adv. Swapnil Baudh Ma’am is a distinguished legal professional and a Corporate Litigation Expert, with a strong academic and professional foundation in corporate and business laws. She completed her B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from Symbiosis Law School, Pune, and is currently pursuing her LL.M. in Intellectual Property and Business Laws from the National Law Institute University, Bhopal.

Ma’am has gained valuable experience by working in the chamber of an Advocate-on-Record, where she was exposed to a wide spectrum of complex corporate and commercial litigation. Over the course of her practice, she has represented clients before some of the country’s most prestigious judicial and quasi-judicial forums, including the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, and the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Delhi.

Her core areas of practice include corporate and commercial disputes, company law, and insolvency matters under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. Ma’am has also been actively involved in drafting and settling significant pleadings before constitutional courts, including Special Leave Petitions, Civil Appeals, Transfer Petitions, and Review Petitions in commercial matters.

In addition to this, Adv. Swapnil Baudh Ma’am has represented clients in arbitration proceedings, including German technology companies, in matters concerning breach of contractual obligations and cross-border commercial arrangements. Her expertise further extends to advisory and litigation strategy in areas such as tax, constitutional law, education regulatory issues, and consumer matters.
