This Certification was mentored by Dr. Navtika Singh Nautiyal. Dr. Nautiyal Ma’am is an accomplished academician and researcher, presently serving as an Assistant Professor at the School of Law, Forensic Justice and Policy Studies, National Forensic Sciences University (NFSU), Delhi Campus. She brings with her over 12 years of rich teaching and research experience, and is widely recognised for her interdisciplinary expertise at the intersection of law, technology, and human rights—a combination that is especially relevant to our theme today.
Ma’am holds a Post-Doctoral Fellowship from MICHR, Italy, with a specialisation in Human Rights and Artificial Intelligence. She has completed her Ph.D. in Intercountry Adoption Laws from Uttaranchal University, Dehradun, and holds an LL.M. in Criminal Law and Human Rights from the prestigious Indian Law Institute (ILI), New Delhi.
Dr. Nautiyal Ma’am is also a prolific scholar and an inspiring speaker. She has delivered numerous keynote addresses on subjects such as jurisprudence, legal theory, management, research methodology, personality development, and communication skills. She is actively involved in the academic community and serves as a member of over 25 editorial and review boards of reputed national and international journals.
Her academic contributions are both wide-ranging and impactful. Ma’am has edited three books with renowned publishers including Thomson Reuters, authored more than 50 research papers and book chapters, and has presented over 90 papers at national and international conferences. Notably, she was awarded full scholarships to present her research on Clinical Legal Education at the 10th and 11th Worldwide GAJE Conferences held in Indonesia and South Africa, respectively.
