This Certification Masterclass was mentored by Dr. Astitwa Bhargava who is a highly respected academician and practitioner in the field of Cyber Law and Information Security. Dr. Bhargava currently serves as an Assistant Professor at the Rajiv Gandhi National Cyber Law Centre, National Law Institute University (NLIU), Bhopal. He holds a Ph.D. in Cyber Law and Information Security from the National Law University, Jodhpur, an M.S. in Cyber Law and Information Security from NLIU Bhopal, and a B.E. in Computer Science from R.G.P.V., Bhopal. With over 12 years of academic and industry experience, including his tenure as Senior Security Consultant at KPMG, Bangalore, Dr. Bhargava brings a unique blend of theoretical depth and practical expertise. His specialization spans Data Privacy, Cybersecurity Compliance (including ISO 27001, NIST, HIPAA, and HI-TRUST frameworks), Digital Forensics, and Business Continuity Planning. He is a certified professional in CDPSE, CTPRP, CCSK, OneTrust, and BigID Privacy Management, and has contributed extensively to research, publications, and national-level capacity building initiatives. Dr. Bhargava has also been an invited speaker at prestigious institutions, banks, and security agencies, and notably contributed to the CISO Capacity Building Program under the Government of India’s iGOT Karmayogi platform, hosted by NeGD, Ministry of Electronics and IT.
